This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee or replacement policy for all items on our website. For goods that are returned within the 14 day period but are not faulty we reserve the right to deduct a minimum administration charge of £7.50 per product from any refund or 5% of invoice total, whichever is greater – this covers card charges, re-stocking, re-packaging, re-testing and admin fees. SD cards or custom made cables are not refundable in any circumstance.

In the event that you return a non faulty standalone DVR in this 14 day period we reserve the right to deduct a £25 repackaging and testing fee from your refund.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, telling us why you wish to return it.

All items returned to us for refund must reach us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned for refund outside of this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

As soon as we receive the returned product (within the 14 day time period) in the condition that it was sent and with all original packaging, we guarantee to either refund your purchase price in full (minus any applicable admin charges) or supply a replacement.

Warranty is invalidated if any seals on product(s) are broken or the unit(s) are damaged in any way. It is strongly recommended that all items are tested before installation as we will not accept the return of any product that is scratched or marked in any way.
